We never collect your payment details.  This is done by our payment solutions provider Klarna or PayPal.

Our online shop is provided and hosted by EKM.  Any data saved on our website will be stored on EKM servers.  The EKM platform and its content and databases are located on EKM own servers, housed within a secure datacentre in Manchester which is ISO27001 and PCI-compliant, and has BS5979 security on-site.

In addition, you know that your session is in a secure encrypted environment when you see the https:// in the web address and/or when you see the locked padlock alongside the URL.

Who do we share your personal data with

For Eden to provide goods and services we may need to share some of your personal data with trusted third parties, in which we provide only the information they need to perform their specific service; for example

• Royal Mail for mailing services.
• Mailchimp who help us manage our direct email marketing.
• EKM eCommerce provider and host of our website.
• IT companies who support other business systems.
• We may also be required to disclose your personal data to police or other enforcement, regulatory or Government body, upon a valid request to do so.

Should we sell, transfer or merge Eden in whole or part to new owners your personal data will, where relevant be transferred to the new owner or controlling party, under the terms of this privacy policy
